Season tickets are available from the announcement of the new season (typically in October) until the close of the season’s first show (usually in February).

Theatre Denton Season Ticket Details

Season Ticket Packages:

Premiere Package – All 7 main stage shows plus 3 special events (Encore Season Reveal Party, Beaujolais & More, December holiday production)

Main Stage Only Package – All 7 main stage shows.

Thursday ONLY Package – 50% off the Main Stage Package!!
Your seat(s) will be reserved for the Thursday of the 2nd week of each of the 7 main stage shows. To exchange for another performance date during the season, you must contact the Box Office and pay a per ticket exchange fee of $14.

Seating Options:
Season ticket holders may choose seating for the entire season or reserve show-by-show.

To reserve for the entire season, choose either 1st Fridays, 1st Saturdays, 1st Sundays (matinee), 2nd Fridays, 2nd Saturdays, or 2nd Sundays (matinee). AND choose which Row and Seat Number you prefer. Enter this information in the “Special Instructions” at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request for preferential seating; however, reservations will be entered into our system on a first-come-first-serve basis.

To reserve show-by-show, call the box office prior to each production’s opening to reserve your date/seat(s). Understand that reservation is required to guarantee seating and the earlier you are able to call, the more likely it is to get your preferred seating.

     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've seen several slows at this theater and have always enjoyed them.  The acting has always been good and the sets and costumes are well done. The theater itself is well designed so you won't get a bad seat. I do recommend arriving early as it is tricky to find parking.

     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I saw Charlie & The Chocolate Factory (CATCF) at Theater Denton on Sunday.  What a fun way to spend a couple of hours on a hot summer day.  Cool theater off the square.  Much of it in its original glory.  The over all production was fantastic.  The singing, acting and the MUSIC 🎵, all exceeded my expectations.  The music was exceptional. Such talented artists.  A friend of mine played violin in the performance.  She played beautifully.  I was actually moved to tears during the show as I was transported back to fond memories of my youth, and to my  childhood memories of CATCF.

Our seats were perfect for viewing characters across the stage.  I didn’t see a bad seat (obstructed) in the house.

Parking - Denton can be tricky, especially The Square, and weekends.  Come early so you’re not stressing over finding a spot (like I did).

They sell snacks and beverages (alcoholic & nonalcoholic) at the concession store. They take cash and credit cards.

There’s a cute little WONKA CANDY SHOP spot for photo ops inside the lounge.  Candy props and all!

Final thought-
I expected the theater to be freezing inside.  It wasn’t.  It was cool enough inside to make me forget about the extreme heat outside. ☺️

This was my first time attending a show at Theater Denton.  I’m  looking forward to the upcoming shows I’ll see next.

Wonderful community production with an extremely talented cast!  We also loved the historical theater and the vintage vibe. Free parking was easier to find than we expected!

     Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love seeing shows at Campus as well as at the Annex at the mall. I would recommend y'all set up a separate Google listing for your mall location with location details for out of towners. Specifically letting them know about the back door entrance & parking. It will go a long way in getting the word out about entertainment options on that side of town if it pops up in google & map searches!
