The Terese Lynn Atkins Memorial College Scholarship
Annual College Scholarships Presented In Memory of Denton Community Theatre Volunteer Teri Atkins to local theatre students.
An applicant must:
- Attend the University of North Texas or Texas Woman’s University, preparing for a theatre related career
- Hold a grade point average of a least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Have earned at least 20 undergraduate semester credit hours
- Be willing to enroll for six or more hours in each semester (fall and spring) during the upcoming academic year
Award Amounts: up to $1,000
To apply for a scholarship:
Complete the Terese Lynn Atkins Memorial Scholarship application form.
Obtain a letter of recommendation from a professor or other theatre professional or volunteer with whom you have worked.

Application Deadline:
December 8 of each year – scholarship awarded in late January
Become A Season Ticket Holder
Season tickets are available from the announcement of the new season (typically in October) until the close of the season’s first show (usually in February).
Season ticket holders may choose seating for the entire season or reserve show-by-show.
